Course Fees

The tuition for the Vienna Master of Arts in Human Rights of EUR 20,600 covers both years. The tuition is not subject to VAT. Any money transfer fees for the tuition must be covered by the student.

Travel, accommodation, subsistence expenses and health insurance are not covered by the tuition fee. The Austrian student's union fee (ÖH-Beitrag) is included in the tuition fee.

After the acceptance of the university's offer by the student the first instalment of € 2,600 is due immediately. It covers the administrative fee and is not refundable. The spot is secured once the administrative fee is paid. The second instalment of € 9,000 is due by the beginning of the first semester  and the third instalment of € 9,000 is due by the beginning of the third semester.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any scholarships and would therefore recommend that you apply at relevant institutions for a scholarship that would cover the tuition fee and possibly also your living costs in Vienna.
